libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl software package provides low-level interface to bzip2 compression library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl
libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcompress-raw-bzip2-perl *
