libclamav6 software package provides anti-virus utility for Unix - library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclamav6
libclamav6 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclamav6 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclamav6 *
You will get with libclamav6 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
