libclam1.4 software package provides C++ Library for Audio and Music, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclam1.4
libclam1.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclam1.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclam1.4 *
You will get with libclam1.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
