You can uninstall or removes an installed libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl

Uninstall libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl including dependent package

If you would like to remove libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl
Use Purging libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl

If you use with purge options to libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libchipcard-libgwenhywfar60-pl
