libcgsi-gsoap-dev software package provides GSI plugin for gSOAP - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgsi-gsoap-dev
libcgsi-gsoap-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgsi-gsoap-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgsi-gsoap-dev *
You will get with libcgsi-gsoap-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
