libcgi-application-plugin-requ software package provides plugin enforcing that certain run modes must be SSL secured, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-requ
libcgi-application-plugin-requ is installed in your system.
