libcgi-application-plugin-rate software package provides Perl module for limiting the runmode call rate per user, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-rate
libcgi-application-plugin-rate is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-rate package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-rate*
You will get with libcgi-application-plugin-rate package name, version, architecture and description in a table
