libcgi-application-plugin-ajax software package provides run mode to handle a file upload and return a JSON response, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-ajax
libcgi-application-plugin-ajax is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-ajax package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-ajax*
You will get with libcgi-application-plugin-ajax package name, version, architecture and description in a table
