How to Install libcec2 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libcec2 software package provides USB CEC Adaptor communication Library (shared library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libcec2

libcec2 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libcec2 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcec2 *

You will get with libcec2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
