How to uninstall or remove libcauchyxunit0.0 software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libcauchyxunit0.0 package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libcauchyxunit0.0

Uninstall libcauchyxunit0.0 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libcauchyxunit0.0 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libcauchyxunit0.0

Use Purging libcauchyxunit0.0

If you use with purge options to libcauchyxunit0.0 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libcauchyxunit0.0

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libcauchyxunit0.0
