libbsd-resource-perl software package provides BSD process resource limit and priority functions, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbsd-resource-perl
libbsd-resource-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbsd-resource-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbsd-resource-perl *
You will get with libbsd-resource-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
