libbind-config-parser-perl software package provides parser for BIND Config files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbind-config-parser-perl
libbind-config-parser-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbind-config-parser-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbind-config-parser-perl *
You will get with libbind-config-parser-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
