libb64-0d software package provides base64 encoding/decoding library - runtime library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libb64-0d
libb64-0d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libb64-0d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libb64-0d *
You will get with libb64-0d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
