libauthen-tacacsplus-perl software package provides Perl module for authentication using TACACS+ server, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libauthen-tacacsplus-perl
libauthen-tacacsplus-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libauthen-tacacsplus-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libauthen-tacacsplus-perl *
You will get with libauthen-tacacsplus-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
