libaudiomask1 software package provides Audio masking threshold estimation library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaudiomask1
libaudiomask1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaudiomask1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaudiomask1 *
You will get with libaudiomask1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
