libaudio-ecasound-perl software package provides Perl binding to the ecasound sampler, recorder, fx-processor, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libaudio-ecasound-perl
libaudio-ecasound-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libaudio-ecasound-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libaudio-ecasound-perl *
You will get with libaudio-ecasound-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
