libapp-cli-perl software package provides Dispatcher module for command line interface programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapp-cli-perl
libapp-cli-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapp-cli-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapp-cli-perl *
You will get with libapp-cli-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
