lib64spe2-2 software package provides SPE Runtime Management Library (64bit), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64spe2-2
lib64spe2-2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64spe2-2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64spe2-2 *
You will get with lib64spe2-2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
