How to uninstall or remove lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros software package from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

You can uninstall or removes an installed lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros package itself from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros

Uninstall lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros including dependent package

If you would like to remove lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros
Use Purging lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros

If you use with purge options to lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove lib64objc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cros
