lib64gfortran-4.7-dev software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (64bit development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64gfortran-4.7-dev
lib64gfortran-4.7-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64gfortran-4.7-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64gfortran-4.7-dev *
You will get with lib64gfortran-4.7-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
