lib64atomic1-dbg-powerpc-cross software package provides support library providing __atomic built-in functions (64bit debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64atomic1-dbg-powerpc-cross
lib64atomic1-dbg-powerpc-cross is installed in your system.
