ldmtool software package provides tool for managing Microsoft Windows dynamic disks, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ldmtool
ldmtool is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ldmtool package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ldmtool *
You will get with ldmtool package name, version, architecture and description in a table
