kicad-doc-ru software package provides Kicad help files (Russian), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kicad-doc-ru
kicad-doc-ru is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kicad-doc-ru package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kicad-doc-ru *
You will get with kicad-doc-ru package name, version, architecture and description in a table
