kexi-web-form-widget software package provides web form widget for Kexi, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kexi-web-form-widget
kexi-web-form-widget is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kexi-web-form-widget package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kexi-web-form-widget *
You will get with kexi-web-form-widget package name, version, architecture and description in a table
