kernel-image-3.13.0-24-powerpc software package provides Linux kernel binary image for the Debian installer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kernel-image-3.13.0-24-powerpc
kernel-image-3.13.0-24-powerpc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kernel-image-3.13.0-24-powerpc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kernel-image-3.13.0-24-powerpc*
