kde-zeroconf software package provides zeroconf plugins and kio slaves for KDE, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-zeroconf
kde-zeroconf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-zeroconf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-zeroconf *
You will get with kde-zeroconf package name, version, architecture and description in a table
