kde-config-qt-graphicssystem software package provides configuration module for the Qt graphics system backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-config-qt-graphicssystem
kde-config-qt-graphicssystem is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-config-qt-graphicssystem package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-config-qt-graphicssystem *
You will get with kde-config-qt-graphicssystem package name, version, architecture and description in a table
