kaptain software package provides universal graphical front-end for command line programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kaptain
kaptain is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kaptain package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kaptain *
You will get with kaptain package name, version, architecture and description in a table
