irssi-plugin-otr-dbg software package provides Off-the-Record Messaging Plugin for Irssi - debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install irssi-plugin-otr-dbg
irssi-plugin-otr-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the irssi-plugin-otr-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep irssi-plugin-otr-dbg *
