ircp-tray software package provides IrDA and OBEX wireless file transfer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ircp-tray
ircp-tray is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ircp-tray package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ircp-tray *
You will get with ircp-tray package name, version, architecture and description in a table
