gypsy-daemon software package provides A GPS Multiplexing Daemon, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gypsy-daemon
gypsy-daemon is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gypsy-daemon package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gypsy-daemon *
You will get with gypsy-daemon package name, version, architecture and description in a table
