How to Install grub2-common software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

grub2-common software package provides GRand Unified Bootloader (common files for version 2), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install grub2-common

grub2-common is installed in your system.

Make ensure the grub2-common package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep grub2-common *
