How to Install gpicview software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

gpicview software package provides lightweight image viewer, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install gpicview

gpicview is installed in your system.

Make ensure the gpicview package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gpicview *

You will get with gpicview package name, version, architecture and description in a table
