golang-text-dev software package provides Go package for manipulating paragraphs of text, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-text-dev
golang-text-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-text-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-text-dev *
You will get with golang-text-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
