golang-guestfs-dev software package provides guest disk image management system - Golang bindings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-guestfs-dev
golang-guestfs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-guestfs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-guestfs-dev *
You will get with golang-guestfs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
