gns3 software package provides Graphical Network Simulator, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gns3
gns3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gns3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gns3 *
You will get with gns3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
