gnome-weather software package provides Access current weather conditions and forecasts, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-weather
gnome-weather is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-weather package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-weather *
You will get with gnome-weather package name, version, architecture and description in a table
