gnome-sudoku software package provides Sudoku puzzle game for GNOME, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-sudoku
gnome-sudoku is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-sudoku package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-sudoku *
You will get with gnome-sudoku package name, version, architecture and description in a table
