gnome-icon-theme-gartoon software package provides Gartoon icon theme for GTK+ 2.x, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme-gartoon
gnome-icon-theme-gartoon is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnome-icon-theme-gartoon package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnome-icon-theme-gartoon *
