gfal2-plugin-srm software package provides Provide the srm access for gfal2, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfal2-plugin-srm
gfal2-plugin-srm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfal2-plugin-srm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfal2-plugin-srm *
You will get with gfal2-plugin-srm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
