fonts-ocr-a software package provides ANSI font readable by the computers of the 1960s, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-ocr-a
fonts-ocr-a is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-ocr-a package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-ocr-a *
You will get with fonts-ocr-a package name, version, architecture and description in a table
