fenix software package provides development environment for making 2D games, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fenix
fenix is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fenix package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fenix *
You will get with fenix package name, version, architecture and description in a table
