$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install felix-latin 

felix-latin is installed in your system.

Make ensure the felix-latin package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep felix-latin *

You will get with felix-latin package name, version, architecture and description in a table

felix-latin package basic information:
