fcitx-frontend-fbterm software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework - FbTerm frontend, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-frontend-fbterm
fcitx-frontend-fbterm is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fcitx-frontend-fbterm package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx-frontend-fbterm *
You will get with fcitx-frontend-fbterm package name, version, architecture and description in a table
