fatrat software package provides multi-protocol download manager, feature rich and extensible via plugin, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fatrat
fatrat is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fatrat package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fatrat *
You will get with fatrat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
