erlang-cowboy software package provides Cowboy is a small, fast and modular HTTP server written in Erlang, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-cowboy
erlang-cowboy is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-cowboy package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-cowboy *
You will get with erlang-cowboy package name, version, architecture and description in a table
