edos-rpmcheck software package provides Check package dependencies (transitional package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install edos-rpmcheck
edos-rpmcheck is installed in your system.
Make ensure the edos-rpmcheck package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep edos-rpmcheck *
You will get with edos-rpmcheck package name, version, architecture and description in a table
