How to Install dosbox software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

dosbox software package provides x86 emulator with Tandy/Herc/CGA/EGA/VGA/SVGA graphics, sound and DOS, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dosbox

dosbox is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dosbox package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dosbox *

You will get with dosbox package name, version, architecture and description in a table
