dialign-tx-data software package provides Segment-based multiple sequence alignment (data files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dialign-tx-data
dialign-tx-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dialign-tx-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dialign-tx-data *
You will get with dialign-tx-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
