dh-consoledata software package provides debhelper-based script to help packaging console data files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-consoledata
dh-consoledata is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-consoledata package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-consoledata *
You will get with dh-consoledata package name, version, architecture and description in a table
